CHALLENGE:
Emerus Emergency Hospitals wanted to enlist its workforce to support KIPP Charter Schools, even though most staffers' children were not eligible for KIPP enrollement.
SOLUTION:
Left Field created an internal incentive and rewards program to gain employee support of KIPP, while also convincing staffers they could help improve their hometown and the nation one child at a time.
