CHALLENGE:
Emerus neeed to convince physicians that by referring patients to their emergency hospitals, their patients receive better care, Emerus would provide better care, the doctor would receive better information and there would be no threat of Emerus staffers trying to steal away patients.
SOLUTION:
Left Field created a program inviting doctors to tour Emerus state of the art facilites in the company of another doctor, not a salesperson. Following a 20-minute tour, the doctor would be invited to play golf with his physician "tour guide" at an exclusive, elite, private golf club, where a referral arrangement was commonly signed and "closed."
